MARKETING COORDINATOR, BILINGUAL

Job Description

Audyssey Laboratories is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to be the primary liaison between the U.S. Marketing team and our Japanese sales office. You will be responsible for localizing marketing materials for the Japanese sales team and generally supporting the Japanese sales efforts. You will maintain and update the Japanese website with new product and technology information, news and company updates. In addition to Japanese marketing efforts, you will be support the marketing team by organizing and updating documents, manuals and files, as well as managing the department calendar and coordinating travel.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication of new product and technology information to/with Japanese office
  • Support our Japanese sales team with brochures, POP displays and other marketing materials
  • Maintain Japanese website including translation of new content for a Japanese audience
  • Organize and update product and technology documentation and manuals
  • Manage the marketing department calendar including arranging travel, event coordination
Education/Experience
  • Fluent in written and oral Japanese at a native level
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
  • 2-5 Years marketing experience
  • Experience maintaining and updating websites. Familiarity in HTML a plus.
  • Great writer and communicator
  • Maniacally organized
  • Interest in international marketing

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Description

The Graphics Designer reports directly to the Senior Creative Manager and is a key member of the team responsible for translation the brand and brand message to customers and partners through the implementation and co-development of design guidelines established by the organization. The primary focus of this position will be on web materials, packaging, sales materials, presentations, and other materials to support tradeshow, sales, and PR efforts in the company.

Responsibilities
  • Work from concept to production on all online and print marketing materials
  • Design and layout brochures, product manuals, web design, banner ads, packaging, trade show graphics and PowerPoint presentations
  • Work with printers and vendors to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Work closely with marketing managers to implement design concepts and brand consistency on all marketing materials
Education/Experience
  • BA or BS degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge publishing systems and software, specifically: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat
  • Package design experience a plus
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS a plus
  • Portfolio of designs you have created from concept to production

DSP ENGINEER

Overview

Work with our founders and join a growing company in developing audio technologies. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has 3 or more years of work experience in C programming to join our team in developing software for new digital audio products licensed by Audyssey. The DSP Engineer will develop code for new products as well as maintain existing software code bases. The successful candidate will serve as team member on small- to medium-sized projects, create modular, well-organized code, produce documentation and test procedures, and assist in defining goals, schedules, and milestones. This is an excellent role for someone with a solid embedded software development and DSP engineering background who has a strong desire to learn and investigate the details of audio signal processing software. This position has extremely high growth potential and learning opportunities. Future opportunities include project development team leader and various technical and management positions.

Skills/Experience

  • BS or MS in electrical or computer engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with BS, or 2 years with MS.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in C programming.
  • Knowledge or experience with audio signal processing.
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital signal processing, numerical methods on fixed-point hardware, digital filter design, assembly language programming, C++ programming, project management, formal software testing methods, and digital audio.
  • Ability to achieve results, meet deadlines, and adjust to quickly changing priorities in a fast paced software development environment
  • Willingness and desire to work in an open, collaborative, team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good time management and organization skills, and a thorough approach to problem solving.
  • Must be methodical and detail oriented.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

The successful Software Engineer will serve as team member on small- to medium-sized projects, create modular, well-organized code, produce documentation and test procedures, and assist in defining goals, schedules, and milestones. This position has extremely high growth potential and learning opportunities. Future opportunities include technical lead and management positions.

  • BS or MS in computer science, electrical or computer engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with BS or 2 years with MS
  • Demonstrated proficiency in C++ or C# programming
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: .NET, Apple Macintosh software development, microcontroller programming, digital signal processing, numerical methods on fixed-point hardware, assembly language programming, project management, and formal software testing methods
  • Ability to achieve results, meet deadlines, and adjust to quickly changing priorities in a fast-paced software development environment
  • Willingness and desire to work in an open, collaborative, team environment
