Available Positions

Logistics Coordinator

Audyssey Laboratories is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to Join the Audyssey operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving (local and international)
  • Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, rates
  • Verifies and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Perform product Kit testing and pack-out (taking products and packing out as a kit)
  • Conduct basic product functionality testing
  • Returns tracking (receiving, logging, arranging replacement or repaired units to be shipped back)
  • Manage inventory for finished goods and spare parts
  • Help with general office duties like:
    • Setting up offices or conference rooms as needed (including ordering and setting up office furniture)
    • Work with the building management to support services to our suites (maintenance, updates, repairs, etc)
Requirements
  • Must have 3+ years working in a shipping department as a shipping clerk
  • Must be familiar with shipping procedures and must be able to safely and securely pack items for safe transport
  • Must be able to operate a pallet jack
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of programs such as MS Excel, Visio, Word, Acrobat, SAP
  • Able to run and reconcile shipment reports from FedEx, UPS, etc..

Software Engineer

Work with our founders and join a growing company in developing video software applications. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has solid expertise in C++ software application development and audio or video signal processing. The candidate will help develop code for new products as well as help maintain existing software code bases. The successful Software Engineer will serve as team member on small- to medium-sized projects, create modular, well-organized code, produce documentation and test procedures, and assist in defining goals, schedules, and milestones. This position has extremely high growth potential and learning opportunities. Future opportunities include technical lead and management positions.

Skills/Experience
  • BS or MS in computer science, electrical or computer engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with BS or 2 years with MS
  • Demonstrated proficiency in C++ or C# programming
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: .NET, Apple Macintosh software development, microcontroller programming, digital signal processing, numerical methods on fixed-point hardware, assembly language programming, project management, and formal software testing methods
  • Ability to achieve results, meet deadlines, and adjust to quickly changing priorities in a fast-paced software development environment
  • Willingness and desire to work in an open, collaborative, team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good time management and organization skills, and a thorough approach to problem solving
  • Must be methodical and detail oriented.

DSP Engineer

Work with our founders and join a growing company in developing audio technologies. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has 3 or more years of work experience in C programming to join our team in developing software for new digital audio products licensed by Audyssey. The DSP Engineer will develop code for new products as well as maintain existing software code bases. The successful candidate will serve as team member on small- to medium-sized projects, create modular, well-organized code, produce documentation and test procedures, and assist in defining goals, schedules, and milestones. This is an excellent role for someone with a solid embedded software development and DSP engineering background who has a strong desire to learn and investigate the details of audio signal processing software. This position has extremely high growth potential and learning opportunities. Future opportunities include project development team leader and various technical and management positions.

Skills/Experience
  • BS or MS in electrical or computer engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with BS, or 2 years with MS.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in C programming.
  • Knowledge or experience with audio signal processing.
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital signal processing, numerical methods on fixed-point hardware, digital filter design, assembly language programming, C++ programming, project management, formal software testing methods, and digital audio.
